Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, while also collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your expertise and bedside manner will help to create a positive and caring environment, where our residents feel valued, respected, and supported.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients/residents, identifying and addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
