This clinic focuses on rehabilitating high-performance athletes across the age spectrum. In this hybrid role, you will gain opportunities to develop operational leadership skills while maintaining high-level clinical skills. You will oversee daily clinic operations in collaboration with rehabilitation leaders. You will lead program development and implement rehabilitative programs to safely return athletes of all ages to high-performance physical demands following musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries. This will include sports injuries, post-operative cases, industrial injuries, and care for active adults. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, physicians, and surgeons, ensuring collaborative care and streamlined communication. You will provide support for the supervision of staff and daily operations. You will coordinate, monitor, and recommend improvements for clinical outcomes, procedures, and documentation to assure quality patient care. You will participate in promoting a positive department image through interactions with managers, consumers, and staff. You will evaluate patients' physical conditions using tests, medical history, and observation to develop individualized treatment plans. You will design and implement treatment interventions for various conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, and work-related injuries. You will apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as appropriate. You will maintain professional collaboration with referring physicians and orthopedic surgeons to coordinate care and optimize treatment plans. You will educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and post-discharge care. You will document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with legal and professional standards. You will monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment. You will lead and participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
