Job Description
HCA Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (PRN) to join our diverse team of healthcare professionals. Assess patient respiratory function and devise appropriate treatment plans
Work closely with interdisciplinary medical teams to determine and administer the appropriate respiratory care procedures
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Ensure the safety and effectiveness of therapies, adhering to all regulations and standards
Educate patients and their families about respiratory health and ongoing care strategies
Maintain detailed records of patient therapy and progress
Provide emergency care and support as required
Proven expertise in respiratory therapy equipment and procedures
Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly and effectively in dynamic, diverse environments

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
