Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings including acute care, emergency room, and specialized departments.
Assess patient conditions and nursing needs, set goals, and implement nursing care plans.
Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document treatment progress.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Participate in educational workshops to broaden skills and comply with state board requirements.
Advanced knowledge of nursing procedures and ability to operate medical equipment
Strong assessment and decision-making skills
