As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED), you will be on the front lines of health care, handling emergency cases and providing life-saving interventions in a dynamic environment. This role requires acute clinical skills, the ability to make critical decisions rapidly, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency situations with efficiency and precision.
Assess, diagnose, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to formulate a care plan.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient status.
Educate patients and their families on discharge instructions and health guidance.
Excellent ability to assess and stabilize patients.
Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine.
Proficient in using medical software for patient care management.
Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
