Licensed Occupational Therapist

Renewal Rehab is seeking a dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This position will serve our clients in nursing homes, rehab centers, and long-term care facilities. Our occupational therapists are instrumental in helping patients overcome challenges and improve their ability to perform daily activities. Evaluate patients conditions and develop appropriate therapy treatment plans
Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities
Assess spaces for improvements to enhance patients functionality and independence
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that can be continued at home
Ability to assess patient needs and craft individualized treatment plans
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities appropriate for geriatric patients
Capability to handle a caseload with varying degrees of disability
Proficiency with electronic medical records
