Pay Rate: $2100 $2350 per week
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a healthcare facility in Northridge, CA for a 13-week assignment. The OT will work with patients to improve their ability to perform daily activities, regain independence, and enhance overall quality of life.

• Evaluate patients physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
• Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT certification (preferred)
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
