Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints. You will work closely with a team of representatives, all focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and coworkers at all times
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Communicate with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, or systems as required)
• Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Learn company products thoroughly through the website and hands-on training with in-house programs
• Process customer orders, forms, applications, and service requests accurately
• Communicate and coordinate with teammates and other departments as needed
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing consistent, professional support
