The Role:

• Set up, operate, and program SMT equipment.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency, quality, and output.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues on the production floor.

The Person:

• SMT / PCB assembly experience.
• Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read basic schematics or assembly drawings.
• US Citizen.
