Implement and evaluate standards of care within the nursing unit.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Manage patient records and documentation.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in clinical operations and patient care management
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
