Pharmacy Director

The Pharmacy Director will be integral in creating policies, managing budgets, and leading a team of pharmacy staff to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Develop and implement pharmacy procedures and policies.
Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of medications across all facilities.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Manage pharmacy budget, inventory, and staff scheduling.
Train and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure adherence to established protocols.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to streamline patient care.
Stay updated with advancements in pharmaceutical practices and technologies.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in pharmacy information systems
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and laws
Ability to manage a budget and maintain financial records
