Position SummaryWe are seeking Med/Surg and ICU-experienced Registered Nurses to join our Harbor Rise inpatient rehabilitation program, supporting pediatric patients recovering from life-altering neurological injuries.
As part of our continued growth, we are implementing a unit-based care model, allowing nurses to align to specific patient populations and clinical environments. This structure promotes targeted education, stronger team consistency, and improved patient outcomes.
This role is ideal for nurses who want to apply their acute care skillset in a more structured, recovery-focused setting, where they can see long-term patient progress.

- Active RN license (Texas)
- Required: Med/Surg or ICU experience
- Pediatric, rehab, or neuro experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work within a structured, unit-based care environment
