Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients, and develop individualized treatment plans to address these disorders

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions, to improve communication and swallowing skills

  • Collaborate with patients' healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech therapy, and implement new techniques and strategies as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field from an accredited program

  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Massachusetts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
