Provide direct nursing care in a diverse, dynamic healthcare environment.
Assess patient conditions during every visit, focusing on their improvement and management of their clinical outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Document and maintain accurate patient records.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Adapt to varying clinical settings within the healthcare system, and comply with all regulatory and policy requirements.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to react decisively in emergency situations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records.

Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
