Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of HCA Healthcare.
Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
Administer patients medications and treatments with precision.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
Maintain patient records and participate in educational initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
