Job Description
HCA Healthcare is actively seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis during day shifts. This role is critical in delivering high-quality respiratory care services to patients within our diverse medical facilities. Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders.
Initiate and conduct therapeutic procedures; maintain patient records; and make adjustments to respiratory care equipment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and modify individual patient care plans.
Educate patients and families about lung health and disease prevention.
Engage in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient care.
Proficient in using respiratory care equipment and tools
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
