HCA Houston Healthcare at Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team on a full-time basis during day shifts. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in providing respiratory therapy services and delivering exceptional care to patients with various respiratory conditions. Perform diagnostic tests and evaluate respiratory status of patients using appropriate equipment.
Administer respiratory treatments, manage ventilators, and provide support in emergency care settings.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and proper use of treatments.
Maintain records of patient therapy, completing all necessary paperwork and updating electronic health records.
Proficiency in diagnostic procedures and ventilator management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
