EMS Lead Instructor

American Medical Response (AMR), a leader in emergency medical services, is seeking an EMS Lead Instructor to helm our educational programs, ensuring the highest standards in EMS training and compliance. The successful candidate will develop, coordinate, and lead training sessions for EMS personnel, leveraging industry-leading protocols to enhance service delivery and patient care across our operations. This role requires a deep understanding of EMS practices, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to healthcare excellence.
Develop curriculum and instructional materials for EMS training programs.
Conduct training sessions and organize workshops for EMS personnel.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new teaching methods and industry regulations.
Supervise and mentor junior instructors and administrative staff.
Expert knowledge of emergency medical practices and protocols.
Strong leadership and teaching skills.
Ability to assess training needs and implement improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms.
