EMS Lead Instructor

American Medical Response (AMR) seeks a knowledgeable and dedicated EMS Lead Instructor to educate and shape the next generation of emergency medical service professionals. This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality, practical training in accordance with the latest industry standards and regulations. Located across various U.S. communities, the EMS Lead Instructor will leverage AMR's expansive resources and facilities to provide both theoretical and hands-on lessons in emergency medical care.
Develop and update curriculum for EMS training programs according to national standards.
Conduct classroom and field instruction for EMT and paramedic courses.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to ensure competence in EMS skills.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations in EMS education.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure relevant and up-to-date training materials.
Supervise and mentor subordinate instructors and support staff.
Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
Ability to teach complex concepts in an accessible manner
Proficiency in using educational technology and training equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Current state EMS Instructor Certification
