Assess patient condition and implement care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor reactions
Educate patients and their families on injury or disability care
Coordinate with therapists and other medical staff to provide holistic care
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
Advocate for patient needs and provide compassionate care
Strong clinical skills in a rehabilitation setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with medical software and electronic health records
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong time management and organizational skills

Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
CPR certified
Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) preferred
